The culinary creations at the Hotel Hirschen are based upon a modern and fresh-from-the-market cuisine with references to classical cooking. Chef Martin Slier likes to focus on regional produce and puts a lot of care on choosing seasonal products. In his kitchen, Slier likes to blend well grounded craftsmanship with creative finesse to surprise and delight his guests.
